One Steps

Yellow Belt/9th Gup:
           
#1-(front/hands on both shoulders) Roll head under either arm and turn to the rear to step away to escape or counter-attack! If your back is against a wall-go forward to the left or right of the attacker.
 
#2-(front- attacker hands coming towards your throat) Double wedge block (knife hands) grab either head or hair while raising knee to groin/stomach/face-execute two knee strikes!
 
#3-(front-attackers hands around throat) Simultaneously  using double finger strike to bottom of throat while turning the same shoulder towards attacker with the strike. Escape or counter-attack!
 
Yellow Belt-Green Tip/8th Gup:
 
#4-(front attack-middle/high punch/grab) Simultaneously I/O Block-tiger strike to throat  and grab attackers wrist with your blocking hand-step in with your inside leg and sweep the attackers  leg while you pull their arm and maintain hand contact on the throat.  Stay close as attacker falls to the ground-maintaining hold on the wrist-finish with punch.
 
#5-(front attack-middle/high punch/grab) Simultaneously I/O Block- step back into a back stance-slide front foot into a front stance and execute double reverse punch to solar plexus-finish with an elbow strike to face or  head.
 
#6-(front attack-middle/high punch/grab) Simultaneously I/O Block- step back into a back stance and execute a round-house kick to the inside of attackers knee-back fist to side of face(temple)-round-house kick to outside of same knee.
 
Green Belt/7th Gup:
 
 #7-(front attack-two hands around throat)-with thumbs on top of attackers hands/grab firmly & rotate outwards while executing a from snap kick to groin or stomach-after kick step forward and finish with elbow strike to side of  head.
 
Green Belt-Blue Tip/6th Gup:
 
#8-(attacker (face to face)has their arms under your arms and around your waist in a bear-hug)  You may use one of  the following techniques or all:  slap both ear simultaneously with your hands cupped-with one hand grab their chin and the other grab their ear or hair and twist in one direction until you are released-push their chin  straight back and strike their throat with a hand technique or push head back via the chin with both hands till released.  Once  you are free- escape or counter attack.
 
#9-Big Circle & Little Circle-Defend against  front punch-grab-poke-knife-gun
 
#10 (front attack- front punch-grab-poke-knife-gun) Side step-parry block-roundhouse to stomach/groin/ribs/face-ax kick as they lean forward.
