Hand Grab Escapes

1.Front same side: bend wrist inward-step back& pull hand free- execute back fist.

2.Front same side: either inward circle or outer circle point down to release.

3.Front opposite side:  same as one.

4. Front two-hand grab: bend wrist & elbow - step forward perpendicularly to the attacker into a horse stance to lower you body weight- pull  arm free & execute an elbow strike and finish attacker.

4a. Another technique: Rotate your arm so palm is up- reach between attackers arms & grab your fist- step back and pull out – execute back fist and finish attacker.

5. Front two hand grab on both arms: swing one arm out and back & grab attackers wrist (this releases you)-you may continue to a reverse arm bar/wrist lock and finish attacker.
