Grab
one of their arms around the wrist with both hands-raise both your
legs and execute a scissor lockaroundtheir head and neck-pull them down while holding their wrist
to complete an arm bar and break to finish.
3.On your back or butt- attacker approaching you-
Execute
a front or sidekick to their knee or execute a hook and push take
down.
4.On your stomach-attacker on top & chocking you-
You
have to dig down with your fingers and get their fingers- while you
arch your back -raise one knee up to your
stomach-roll out while breaking their fingers-get out and finish
attacker.
5.Pinned on yourside witha
while in a head lock-
Reach
over their face and dig into their eyes and pull their head
back-roll them over and finish attacker.
