Sparring-
#1-(front/hands
on both shoulders) Roll head under either arm and turn to the rear to
step away to escape or counter-attack!
#2-(front-
attacker hands coming towards your throat) Double wedge block (knife
hands) grab either head or hair while raising knee to
groin/stomach/face-execute two knee strikes!
#3-(front-attackers
hands around throat) Simultaneously
using double finger strike to bottom of throat while turning the
same shoulder towards attacker with the strike. Escape or
counter-attack!
