One Step Sparring- #1~#6 from 9th & 8th gup test.#7-(front attack-two hands around throat)-with thumbs on top of attackers hands/grab firmly & rotate outwards while executing a from snap kick to groin or stomach-after kick step forward and finish with elbow strike to side of head. Self-Defense- #3-(arms
around both arms/shoulders-your feet are off gnd) Quickly do several
back kicks to knees or what you
can strike-head butt- grab and twist
groin till attacker releases. #4-(both
hands around neck) Quickly raise either right or left arm straight up
and rotate in same direction-hook both of the attackers arms with the
previously raised arm-deliver several punches to the attackers kidney
while holding the arms. Finish
with a leg sweep & tiger strike to the throat as the attacker falls. Hand Grab Escapes- 1.Front
same side: bend wrist inward-step back& pull hand free- execute back
fist. 2.Front
same side: either inward circle or outer circle point down to release. 3.Front
opposite side: same as one.

Front two-hand grab: bend wrist & elbow - step forward
perpendicularly to the attacker into a horse stance to lower you body
weight- pull arm free 7 execute an elbow strike and finish attacker. 4a.
Another technique: Rotate your arm so palm is up- reach between
attackers arms & grab your fist- step back and pull out – execute
back fist and finish attacker. |
