- 1.
On your back-attacker sitting on you-choking with both
hands- Raise
one leg and place foot on ground near your buttocks-simultaneously
over/under with opposite side arm-
placing
your palms under their elbow-execute a push with leg/hip and push
with palms-rolling the attacker off
and pin them.

- 2.
On your back-attacker sitting on you-choking with both
hands-
Grab
one of their arms around the wrist with both hands-raise both your
legs and execute a scissor lock
- around
their head and neck-pull them down while holding their wrist
to complete an arm bar and break to
finish.

On your back- attacker approaching you-
- Execute
a front or sidekick to their knee or execute a hook and push take
down.

On your stomach-attacker on top & chocking you-
- You
have to dig down with your fingers and get their fingers- while
you arch your back -raise one knee up to

stomach-roll out while breaking their fingers-get out and finish
attacker.
