in January. We
are the
second club in
Virginia to
provide
classes
from the
world
renown
International
Combat Hapkido
Federation
under Grand
Master John
Pellegrini.

Baines.
They placed 2nd
and 3rd in the
VSTA Open on the
1st of March.

is the YMCA's
Healthy Kids Day. We
will do a short demo
sometime around the
noon hour. I
will provide
you the time as soon
as the Y lets me
know. All are
welcome to
participate.
- 26 April 2003-Master
Doug Grant has once again invited us to his in-house TKD
tournament. This is held at his dojang in Chesapeake.
This is a small and in-expensive one to compete, especially
if it is your first. I will be out of town that Saturday,
however some our Black Belts will be attending and will assist you
there. I will provide competition fee and times as soon as I
receive it.
